Modern analysts distinguish between profits and the prospects opening up before entrepreneurs. For example, in health care such prospects related to the profitability can be considered within the boundaries of structural change and efficiency of resource use [1]. Profit - a reward for the introduction of innovations, allowing economic agents to create enterprises, markets, facilitate progress. It is from this perspective, the category of "profit" is not antagonistic in the medical practice. Anyway, the concept of "profit" that is separated from the concept of "enrichment" refers to business activities. (Entrepreneurship in healthcare are devoted to our particular study, not presented in this article). Profit (profitability) as the revenue from medical services rendered, may be one of the controllers on the market of perfect competition. Mandatory condition of manifestation and action of this controller is the absolute freedom of entry and exit into the environment of competition for all, without exception, the subjects of medical practice. Such an opportunity should be provided with a number of conditions creating a competitive environment in the markets of medical services [2]. As a general rule, an understanding of profit can be identified with the proceeds. Of the many definitions of income to highlight the following: profit - the difference between all revenues of the enterprise and all costs associated with producing and selling its goods and services [1]. In discussions about the medical services market and some of his self-control, leading to the desired target and economic optimum medical care at the level of individual patients, medical institutions (medical practice), or the industry as a whole, we always mean perfect competition, correlated with the degree of efficiency. The concepts of "efficiency of medical care", "effectiveness of medical services" - imply a certain optimum integrated activities of medical institutions, medical professionals, medical practices within the production department of health services. Optimum in a competitive health care - is the quality of care, characterized by, among other things, the economic position of a peculiar equilibrium, it is appropriate minimum-cost medical technologies and equitable distribution of resources, lack of deficit and surplus resources, lack of excessive profits and losses. In other words, characterizing the optimum production and provision of health services, ie high quality medical care, along with purely medical criteria (recovery, improvement, relief of suffering and so forth, which is directly correlated with the personality of the patient), the researcher should not lose sight of the economic parameters. These economic parameters are characterized by a balance or imbalance between expenses and costs within the health system or institution, which produces medical services. Meeting the demand in the same form of the required medical services in the application plan can be implemented in a wide range of medical procedures with a different set of technologies, material, financial and human resource capacity and, hence, the various integrated cost performance of such activities.
