German scientists have calculated the new amazingly simple way to get rid of excess weight. The more water you consume, the easier it becomes. German researchers found that people who drink at least two liters of water per day burn those extra 150 calories a day and thus get rid of excess fat. The whole secret is that, according to Professor Michael Bosshmanna, the water stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, which regulates metabolism. An increase in metabolic rate, in turn, kills the excess calories. But, immediately, scientists warn that the massive consumption of soda and other beverages, apart from the usual snow or distilled water will only harm the body.
