Forecast of development of therapeutic service in Russia from the standpoint of synergetics

The development of complex systems associated with the provision of livelihood and reproduction of populations, which include health, will inevitably subject to the laws set forth by synergetics. Since the processes described by this young science, there is usually when we are dealing with large amounts of information, or a large class of systems with many degrees of freedom, which is the people, of course, techniques of nonlinear dynamics will help to understand and change occurring in health care in our country. And the longer the reporting section, the brighter the light up the desired pattern. One of the basic laws of synergetics is the law of the bifurcation. Its meaning, in short, is that the processes of development, progress is not evenly ascending line, but a complicated way, a model which, however, can be depicted on a chart and calculate mathematically. Health care reform with a few clear goals and prospects, especially for the practical sphere, now lead to results that are difficult to recognize the pre-planned.
