Each year on the third Thursday of November, the world goes mad for long. That day is available for sale one of the world's most popular young wines - Beaujolais Nouveau. While experts are skeptical shrug their shoulders, others storm the wine shop with the traditional cry of: "Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrive!" - "Surf Beaujolais Nouveau!". The ancient Greeks believed that the wine should definitely drink to people with heart problems and stomach. True, the recommended control himself and recovers procedures, especially not to get involved. A pair of glasses in one go, according to the Greek Aesculapius, was quite enough. However, the wine should systematically for several weeks. The young wine is known for its nutritional properties - calories it contains about 10 times smaller than in strong alcohol. From that moment began to popularize the new Beaujolais, not only in France but also abroad.
