Food basket

The basis of the diet should include: chicken, lean meat (skinless). Fish. Seafood. Soy products. Cabbage, spinach, lettuce. Eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, green peas. Citrus. All kinds of fruit and berries. Herbal teas. Greens. Garlic. These products are needed, but in limited quantity: Milk (preferably low fat). Natural yoghurt. Cheese (low-fat varieties) Eggs. Legumes. Low-fat ham. Carrots, onions and corn. Mangoes, nectarines, pears, papaya, pineapple. Mayonnaise, vegetable oil, butter. Weak tea and coffee. Soy sauce, tomato sauce, lemon juice. From time to time arrange unloading month without: Pizza, muffins. Potatoes and cereals. Bananas, dried fruit. Cakes, biscuits, milk and cream desserts. Crackers and chips. Soup of the bags.
